One of my kids favorite dinners. Yes we have them for dinner. I am not a morning person so I don't really cook all that much in the morning. I however LOVE to have breakfast for dinner. This is one recipe that is easy to whip up.
Waffle Sandwiches
Cook up some bacon
Or you could use any type of breakfast meat,
Take some cheese,
Toast some waffles.
Scramble some eggs.
Put it all together and there you have it. A waffle sandwich. Serve with a side of fruit and you got a yummy dinner.
