I saw something like this before and I finally got around to making them. The kids really enjoyed them and they were really easy and quick to make.
Start off with 1/2 cup warm water.
Stir in any flavor Gelatin you would like.
Microwave for about 1 min. 30 seconds.
Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
You then add to the gelatin mixture 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows.
Stir a little bit, just till coated.
Microwave about 1 minute. (Watch carefully. The marshmallows will expand and could go all over the place).
Once you take it out of the microwave stir till the marshmallow is all melted.
Pour into a 8x8 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Put in fridge for 45 minutes or longer.
Once time is up, take a knife and run it along the edges.
Roll up, jelly roll style.
Take a knife and slice it into sections.
